MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Video surveillance
The hall is under constant video surveillance, for the safety of members and to maintain order.
Customer card
All members receive a customer card upon registration. They are required to carry it with them when visiting the hall. Otherwise, they will not be admitted. The reissue of a lost or forgotten card is charged. The cards are personal and their transfer is prohibited. In case of proven abuse, the card will be suspended and the membership of its holder will be canceled.
Alcohol, drugs and smoking
Access by persons under the influence of alcohol and other intoxicating substances is prohibited. The use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco products (including electronic cigarettes) on the territory of the hall is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule leads to termination of membership.
Lockers
The lockers in the locker rooms are used only during the visit, for this purpose the client receives a key for an individual locker, which is returned to the reception upon departure. For a lost key, 10 leva is due. 24/7 Fitness is not responsible for any loss of items or damage to property or valuables on the territory of the hall, even if the items left are in the lockers provided for this, unless the loss or damage was caused by negligence on the part of the hall. Lockers for valuables are provided at the reception. For security reasons, it is prohibited to bring bags, sacks and backpacks into the training area of the gym.
Shoes and Clothing
All members are required to wear appropriate and clean shoes in the gym. Naked bodies, bare feet, flip-flops, street shoes, boots, work shoes, etc. are prohibited. If clean shoes are forgotten, the member is obliged to use socks. Failure to comply with this rule may result in termination of membership.
Pets
It is prohibited to keep pets on the gym premises. The only exceptions are guide dogs.
Weights and Equipment
Free weights, mats and other fitness accessories are placed on the designated racks and places after use. Violation of this rule may result in termination of membership in the gym. Members are obliged to use the gym and its equipment for their intended purpose. They must use the equipment in strict accordance with all rules and instructions issued by 24/7 Fitness and comply with the guidelines regarding the use of the equipment made by the gym management.
Changes
The 24/7 Fitness management reserves the right to change the rules, equipment and working hours of the gym at any time and for any reasonable reason. 24/7 Fitness may be closed for maintenance, repairs or any other circumstances that management deems necessary.
Liability
24/7 Fitness is not responsible for illnesses, injuries or accidents caused by negligence on the premises of the gym. It also assumes no responsibility for events that neither the gym management nor its suppliers could foresee or prevent (including harm or injury resulting from electric shock, aggravation or concealment of a medical condition, or harm from the use of the facilities). All members are advised to seek medical advice before visiting the gym.
Weapons
Bringing weapons into the gym is strictly prohibited.
