These general terms and conditions constitute an AGREEMENT between you and Evrona AD, whereby you obtain the right to use the services of the website free of charge for personal and non-commercial purposes subject to the conditions below. By accessing (loading) the website, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions and all subsequent changes thereto, and you undertake to comply with them. By using the Services, you accept the Personal Data Protection Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these terms and conditions. In case you do not agree with all the general terms and conditions below, please do not use this website.
Art. 1. These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between Eurona AD, hereinafter referred to as PROVIDER, and the users, hereinafter referred to as USERS, of the information society services provided by it, hereinafter referred to as THE SERVICE.
Art. 2. Information according to the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act:
Art. 3. The Service provided by the Provider to the User is an information society service within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act. The main characteristic of the Service is access to the information resources/data on the site provided via a web browser;
Art. 4. The Provider provides, and the Users use the Service, according to the parameters announced on the Provider's website on the Internet.
Art. 5. These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the Provider.
Art. 6. (1) Users primarily use the interface of the Provider's website to make electronic statements in their relations with each other.
(2) The contract between the Provider and the User constitutes these general terms and conditions, together with all amendments and supplements thereto.
(3) A party to the contract with the Provider is the User of the Service.
(4) This contract is considered concluded from the moment of the first use of the Service by the User. These general terms and conditions are effective from the moment of the first use of the service by the User until the moment of cessation of its use.
Art. 7. (1) The User has the right to use the Service in good faith and for its intended purpose.
(2) When using the Service, the User must not use software, scripts, programming languages or other technologies that could create difficulties in its use by other users.
(3) The User undertakes not to use the Service in contradiction with the applicable legislation.
Art. 8. The User independently provides the equipment for access to the Service and its management.
Art. 9. (1) In order to improve the quality of the Service, carry out preventive maintenance, repair of damages and other related activities, the Provider has the right to temporarily limit or suspend the provision of the service.
(2) In the cases under para. 1, the Provider is obliged to promptly restore the provision of the service after the circumstance that caused the suspension has ceased to exist.
Art. 10. (1) The Provider takes measures to protect the User's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
(2) For reasons of security of the Users' personal data, The Provider will send the data only to an e-mail address that has been specified by Users.
(3) The Recipient agrees that The Provider has the right to process his personal data in accordance with its Personal Data Protection Policy.
Art. 11. (1) These general terms and conditions may be amended by the Provider, after which the latter shall promptly publish these changes on the site, together with a notice of the changes to the General Terms and Conditions.
(2) Users accept the new general terms and conditions from the moment of use after their amendment, without explicit notification of the amendment.
Art. 12. The contract for the provision of the Service shall be terminated:

The Provider has the right, at its own discretion, without prior notice, to unilaterally terminate the contract if it establishes that the services provided are used in violation of these general terms and conditions, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and generally accepted moral standards.
Art. 14. All rights reserved. All intellectual property rights on information resources and materials published on the site are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, and their unregulated use constitutes a violation of the law and entails civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.
Art. 15. The possible invalidity of any of the provisions of these general terms and conditions shall not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
Art. 16. For issues not settled in this contract, related to the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
Art. 17. All disputes between the parties to this contract shall be resolved by the competent court or the Consumer Protection Commission.
Art. 18. These general terms and conditions shall enter into force for all Users from 1.1.2017.
